In order to further optimize the ecology of talent development and attract more university graduates to work in our city, recently, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Finance Bureau jointly issued the "Detailed Implementation Rules on Several Policies for Further Clearing Employment of College Graduates". Within five years of graduation, college graduates employed for the first time in small, medium and micro enterprises in our city and having paid social insurance premiums in accordance with regulations will get a subsidy of RMB 400 / month for colleges, RMB 700 / month for undergraduates, and RMB 900 / month for graduates and above. The subsidy period is up to 2 years.

This policy upgrade is mainly reflected in two points: First, the subsidy conditions have been reduced. The original subsidy can be applied for after one year's insurance coverage, but now has been changed into applying for the subsidy once starting to pay  social insurance premiums.the subsidy will be paid Monthly payment, the application requirement is lower, and cashing  the subsidy more timely  The subsidy standards have increased, and the annual subsidies for junior college, undergraduate, graduate, and higher education have increased by 160%, 168%, and 135%, respectively .More efforts to attract talents have been done t, thus, to a certain extent to it has made up for  letdown of the enterprises lower wages.
